Next Century

Next Century was a 28,650 sq ft Project that consisted of 50 % secure Space and 50% unclassified space.  NTC Mazzuca teamed with COPT, Arris, a Design Studio and TAI Engineering to provide Next Century with their beautiful new home.  The Project could not have been completed without the communication and coordination of the entire Project Team; which shows in the final product.  The Project was completed in two phases and achieved government accreditation the first time. Many high-end finishes were used, including but not limited to; custom reception desk with solid surface counter-top,  ceramic tile, glass wall partitions, vinyl graphics and modern light fixtures.

Next Century is a software company focused on meeting Gov’t agencies and contractors needs with custom software built for each client. Their new office space mirrors that same statement; with a mixture of contemporary designs, floating cloud ceilings, light fixtures and their conference room which was designed to allow Next Century to hold remote conferencing which provides benefits in meeting their clients Mission Critical needs.
