NTC Mazzuca Contracting has completed over 1.2 Million SF of secure work environment facilities, including over 80 SCIFs for such organizations as Property Owners, Department of Defense (DoD) Contractors and many Government Agencies across the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC), with a value totaling over $75M.
In addition to our talented staff of experienced executives, project managers, administrative support and supervisors, we also employ an in-house secure space programming and construction specialist. Jason McClung recently retired from 21 years in the Air Force planning and managing cyber security construction. He co-authored sections of the ICD 705 SCIF specifications and certified over 1,000 SCIF’s during his Air Force career.

Mr. McClung currently provides input for the programming and design of secure space, inspects the construction as it progresses and participates in the final accreditation. His participation significantly reduces the cost and time required to plan and construct secure space and obtains 100% accreditation on the first inspection.
Our headquarters is strategically located within ten minutes of Fort George G. Meade which allows us to be physically recognized as part of the cyber security community and take advantage of the training, networking, visibility and associations, as well as the construction opportunities. We are active in the Fort Meade Alliance, AFCEA, ISAC and other professional security related associations to be better understand the cyber security community and know the various private and public individuals managing these programs.
