11 Canal Center consisted of two separate projects ongoing at the same time..  Lobby/Corridor — — Restrooms

4 Floor High End Office Building overlooking the Potomac River in Alexandria Va.

Lobby/Corridor Renovations on 3 floors (4000 sf)  included Remove and Replace flooring, drywall, lighting.   Rework sprinklers and HVAC as needed.  Install slatted wood ceilings in Elevator Lobby’s and Wall Tile.  50′ glass partition and guardrail on 2nd floor lobby overlooking 1st floor entrance.  Tenant glass entrance from Lobby installed on ground and 1st floor.

Restroom Renovations – consisted of 3 mens and 3 ladies public bathrooms, complete demo and install of new floor, partitions, granite counters with all new plumbing fixtures.  New Doors/Hdwr, mirrors, lighting, bathroom accessories.  Also complete renovation of 3 ADA bathrooms included in scope.

This was an occupied building making scheduling and sequencing work on each floor  challenging.  Proper signage and temporary walls were needed on every level.
