This 62,000 SF project included site work, underground utilities, base building construction using tilt-up concrete, and construction of the interior mezzanines.  This was an extremely challenging project due to the logistics of a very tight and constricted 2.7 acre site which only allowed minimal construction access from the front of the building.  Due to the close proximity of an adjacent building, a micro pile foundation system was used as not to disturb the adjacent building’s foundation.

Mazzuca Contracting also completed the interior build-out for Champions of Tomorrow which is a sports and wellness facility consisting of activity spaces, restrooms, shower/locker rooms and administrative offices.
