JHU F100 & F200 Stieff Silver Building

This is a 5,576 SF corporate office located in Baltimore, MD. This was a complete renovation to an existing office. The woodwork, exposed pipes and the steel and stone accent walls are key elements to this industrial design. From the ceiling, hangs acoustic panels to absorb sound which eliminates echo. New drywall partitions, Ceiling, Lighting, Mechanical, Plumbing, Sprinkler and life safety features were part of the renovation. The use of full height glass partitions were integrated into the design to offer optimal use of natural light throughout the suite.
