Office Build-out / LEED Gold Certification

Mazzuca Contracting Office was renovated from a 14,000 SF marble fabrication facility into 8,800 SF office space which received LEED Gold Certification from the US Green Building Council.   Much of the marble was able to be re-used in the renovation, as well as the cement floors, which gives the office an industrial feel.  Mazzuca Contracting employees embrace the “Green” environment and policies which are promoted throughout the organization.

The remainder of the building is currently being leased by tenants.
