Maryland Medical First

This new construction project for Maryland Medical First was a 5,200 SF, two-level building to be used for a new private practice medical office.

The extensive site work scope included a new storm water management system, curbs, sidewalks and dumpster enclosure.  The new parking lot, done in concrete pavers, and the landscaping package added the finishing touches to the exterior portion of the project.

The interior build-out of this project consisted of an open reception waiting room and closed individual private medical exam rooms.  The architectural finishes included luxury vinyl tile, ceramic tile, VCT tile, plastic laminate and solid surface reception desk and cabinets.
